
CASHEW CHEESE SAUCE WITHOUT YEAST FLAKES FULL

This is a cooked sauce made with stock (veggie stock for a vegan version and feel free to use chicken stock if you like), ground nuts like almonds or cashews, and nutritional yeast as key ingredients.

This is not a blended sauce like say cashew cheese but you could use a blender to mix the ingredients.
